Most main faults (power board, backlight, T-CON) land between R850 and R2,400 inclusive of callout, parts and labour. We send a fixed quote before any work starts — you decide before we open anything up.
Yes — almost everywhere in Gauteng. Our techs travel with diagnostic gear, common spares and a soldering setup. The vast majority of jobs are completed on-site without removing your TV.
If we can't repair it economically, you only pay the callout fee (currently R350 in metro Gauteng). We'll give you a written explanation of what's wrong and a fair recommendation on whether to replace.
Unfortunately not. Replacement panels are almost always more expensive than a new TV of equivalent quality. We won't take your money for a job that doesn't make financial sense.
A typical 4-camera home install is one working day. 8–16 camera business installs run two to three days depending on cabling complexity. We'll commit to a schedule before we start.
Coverage runs up to 36 months and depends on the repair type — board-level repairs and CCTV installs get the full term, while smaller component swaps are covered for 12 months. Your warranty card spells it out clearly when we sign off.
